Leadership
Richard Patapoff
Richard is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with deep experience across property management, facilities services, and real estate technology.
He is actively involved in the real estate and facilities industries as a board member, mentor, and advisor, frequently publishing thought leadership on topics such as operating costs and building automation.
Richard most recently served as the Head of Property Technology Solutions at JPMorgan and is the Founder of Stooerd, a facilities services platform. His leadership is further backed by a decade of experience at elite investment firms, including PIMCO and Aegon.
