Richard Patapoff
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Richard has spent his career at the intersection of real estate, technology, and investments. He was most recently Head of Property Technology Solutions at JPMorgan and founded Stooerd, a vendor management and procurement platform for facility services. He began his career in finance, holding investment roles at PIMCO, Aegon, and Salient Partners. Richard frequently publishes thought leadership on commercial real estate, from operating costs to technology.
At IFP, Richard leads overall strategy and guides owners through the sale process. He is on every call, from the first conversation through closing.
Brandon Winter
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Before joining IFP, Brandon served as Director of Operations Strategy at Equity Residential, one of the largest multifamily owners and operators in the US, optimizing their processes, field teams, and technology. He began his career onsite with industry leaders like Lincoln Property Company and WinnResidential, giving him firsthand insight into everyday property operations.
Brandon drives IFP's operational growth and leads our expansion into new service lines, bridging high-level vision with seamless field execution to ensure IFP and our partners operate smarter and are positioned to exceed client expectations.
Laurie Sewell
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Laurie has decades of leadership and operating experience within the facility services industry. As former CEO of Servicon, a nationwide facility services organization with 2,500+ employees, she tripled its size while maintaining the company's culture and service quality. She also served as President of ISSA, the largest worldwide cleaning industry association, reflecting her reach across the industry and her people-first approach to leadership.
Laurie provides strategic and industry insight to IFP and works alongside portfolio leadership on acquisitions, integration, organizational strategy, and building strong, scalable teams and cultures.
